Returns & 120-Day At-Home Trial

At Cloakla, we want you to fall in love with your LED ritual. If you're not glowing, we make it easy to return — within a window calibrated to the science, not arbitrary retail conventions.

120-Day At-Home Trial

You have 120 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Cloakla device for a full refund. LED light therapy takes 4–8 weeks to deliver visible results, so a 30-day return window doesn't give your skin enough time to show what the device can do. We built the trial around the timeline.

  • Try the device for up to 120 days.
  • If you're not satisfied, return it for a full refund of the device price.
  • The device may be used — visible signs of normal use don't disqualify the return.
  • Original packaging is preferred but not required.
  • Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

How to start a return

  1. Email info@cloakla.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions and the correct return address.
  3. Ship the device back. Customer is responsible for return shipping costs (free if the device was defective — see Warranty).
  4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process the refund within 1–3 business days.
  5. Refunds appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.

Non-returnable items

  • Gift cards
  • Eye-protection pads (consumable hygiene item)
  • Devices damaged by misuse, modification, or accident (see Warranty for defect coverage)

Late or missing refunds

If you haven't received your refund within 10 business days of our confirmation:

  1. Check your bank account or credit card statement again.
  2. Contact your credit card company — there is often processing time before a refund posts.
  3. If you've done both and still don't see the refund, contact us at info@cloakla.com.

Address changes or wrong address

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, email info@cloakla.com within 12 hours. Once an order has shipped, we cannot redirect it.
