📦 Where's my order?

Use our order tracking page with your order number and email. Most orders ship in 1–2 business days and arrive in 3–7 days.

↺ I want to return it

You have 120 days from delivery to return for a full refund. See Return Policy for the process.

⚙ My device isn't working

If it's a defect within 12 months of purchase, you're covered. See Warranty for how to file a claim.

👤 Account access

Log in to your account to see order history, tracking, and saved details. Create an account if you don't have one.

💳 FSA / HSA reimbursement

Cloakla devices are FDA Class II — eligible for FSA / HSA. Email info@cloakla.com with your order # for a Letter of Medical Necessity.
