At Cloakla, we want you to fall in love with your LED ritual. If you're not glowing, we make it easy to return.

  120-DAY AT-HOME TRIAL

  You have 120 calendar days from the date of delivery to return your Cloakla device for a full refund. LED light

  therapy takes 4–8 weeks to deliver visible results, so we built the trial window around the science.

  · Try the device for up to 120 days.

  · If you're not satisfied, return it for a full refund of the device price.

  · The device may be used — visible signs of normal use don't disqualify the return.

  · Original packaging is preferred but not required.

  · Proof of purchase (order number) must be provided.

  NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  · Gift cards

  · Eye-protection pads (consumable hygiene item)

  · Devices damaged by misuse, modification, or accident (see Warranty)

  HOW TO RETURN

  1. Email info@cloakla.com with your order number and reason for return.

  2. We'll respond within 1 business day with return instructions.

  3. Customer pays return shipping (free if defective — see Warranty page).

  4. Refund processed within 1–3 business days of receiving return.

  5. Refunds appear on original payment method within 5–10 business days.
